Trevisosystem editorial staff is pleased to announce that Trevisosystem Social Responsibility Charter has been translated and published in English.
The SR Charter represents the strategic basis for the style applied in the website activities and for the communication approach by our staff.
The reason lying behind the implementation of this Charter besides personally experiencing it, is the wish to share our daily working methods and to report in a transparent way on the useful services that Trevisosystem.com generates for our territory.
Even companies are able to generate valuable actions, carried out in the relations with employees and suppliers, in their business choices and in promoting the events taking place in the territory. Such actions are regularly performed but hardly codified or written.
Writing down one’s actions implies a considerable effort, yet resulting in the inclusion of these ways of doing business in the companies’ marketing plans and in the transfer of such values to future plans, preventing them from being forgotten.
Our Social Responsibility Charter originates from a three-year research project on Corporate Social Responsibility including participation to courses held by Unioncamere Veneto, Treviso Chamber of Commerce and Treviso Tecnologia, which even allowed getting in touch with various representatives. Additionally, we visited companies committed to CSR and taking advantage of it as a business strategy.
With the aim of completing the Social Responsibility Charter, we noticed that some issues should be submitted to alignment: this awareness lead to investing a considerable amount of time in highlighting daily actions related both to training and knowledge.
This process brought about website enhancements and professional growth.
Improvements can be observed, for instance, in statistical findings, in timetables for news publishing, in carrying out structures for accessible communication for everyone, underlining the value of experience as well as of technology, in the relations with suppliers and communicators.
We would like to invite you to read Trevisosystem Social Responsibility Charter, also hoping it might be useful to other editorial staffs and companies as well.
Trevisosystem Social Responsibility Charter is now available in English, as well as in Italian and Chinese.
We are aware that further improvement and adjustments are always to be considered, and would like to thank all people collaborating with us on this project.
