In Treviso province about the 40% of enterprises are interested in generational turnover

ELIXIR OF LIFE, the European project backed by the Chamber of Commerce with Veneto Region, became effective. The last 14th April the President FedericoTessari signed the agreement of cooperation and work with professional associations of agriculture, craft, industry, with Veneto Bank and the Order ofExpert in Commercial law, with an institution of Veneto for training and with the society A.l.p.a.e.s.
On the whole, the project unites 10 partners and 4 institutions.

The Chamber of Commerce is the first in a line of other institutions, as the Treviso Province, Veneto Lavoro and the University of Venice.
”Elixir of life” is considered a strategic project for our local economy and was included in the axis nr. 4 of the Strategic Plan of TrevigianMarca.
The European project Equal has the aim of studying the phenomenon of generational turnover in enterprises and starting active policies, experimenting new services, to manage, and not to suffer, thephenomenon that involves thousands of Trevigian enterprises. The other European partners are France, Germany, Poland and CzechRepublic. In particular, 5 models will be monitored. The firsts three of them relate to problems of generational turnover in traditional sectors of activity: primary, secondary and tertiary; the others two relate to the management of particular critical points connected to processes of professional reconversion or processes with an high innovation rate.
