The upgrading of provincial data on active enterprises’ consistency up to 31.03.2006, which has been widespread by Unioncamere on the Movimprese report basis, highlights two aspects:
- The contraction of various manufacturing sectors goes on: - 96 enterprises within three months, it means to say a – 0.7% (the percentage assessed over twelve months, up to the 31st of December 2005, was – 1.9%);
- On the total of enterprises, excluding the agricultural sector (+0.2%) it has been registered an impasse with reference to the overall economic activities highlighted by a variation of – 0.1% in respect to 31.12.2005.
There will be made distinction by growth through absolute values:
- The real estate and services to enterprises sectors had a growth within the last quarter of 2006 of 232 enterprises (+2.3%); particularly the real estate activities registered a growth of 158 enterprises (+2.8%) and the services to enterprises sector an increase of 74 enterprises (+1.6%).
In the manufacturing sector’s sections, presenting the most considerable contraction in comparison to 31.12.2005, are the following:
- Textile-clothing with – 25 enterprises and an variation of – 1.7%;
- Shoes with – 10 enterprises and an variation of – 2.3%;
- Wood industry with – 16 enterprises and an variation of – 1.4%;
- Metal sector with – 25 enterprises and an variation of – 1.0%;
- Furniture with – 28 units and a decreasing of – 1.5%.
On the contrary, the below sectors appear to be stable:
- Food & drinks industry, (+0,4%);
- Medial precision appliances (+0,4%);
- Chemical industry, (+0,0%).
Enterprises registered up to 31.03.2006 relating to all the economic sectors in Treviso are 93,585 (- 0.2% if compared to the 31.12.2005). Enterprises registered and erased within these three months resulted to be respectively 2,199 and 2,354 for a negative quarterly balance of 155.
Clean data, without data from the agricultural sector are as follows:
- Registered enterprises: 74,682 (+0.1% if compared to 31.12.2005);
- Enterprises registered during the first quarterly of 2006: 1,972;
- Enterprises ceased during the first quarterly of 2006: 1,874;
- Balance up to 31.03.2006: +98.
